Jul 24, 2013 · I recently got a chromecast gen 1 and I can't make it fully work. The setup process is done successfully each time but after it connects to my own wifi when the setup is finished, both my laptop and phone can't find it anymore so technically it says it's ready to cast but my devices can't find it.
