Okay, for reasons I won't mention, I bit the bullet and decided to move from an old version of utorrent, (the usual, 2.2.1) to a version of Deluge (1.3.11) on Windows 10. My torrents worked fine on utorrent, both seeding and downloading, but on Deluge I get "no incoming connections" and I can only download and don't seem to be uploading anything.
