Asus customer service somehow detriment that the old laptop was from Colorado Denver but I live in Texas and still nothing was done about it can’t get my product or money back. To provide some background, I had noticed slight distortions in the audio coming from the left speaker approximately a month ago. Due to this, I requested support for repairing the monitor to try and resolve this issue.
